Villa Serena is placed in a private uphill location benefiting from a stunning view of Kolymbithres and Naousa bay. This elegant and newly built villa is laid out over two levels, accompanied by a single-level guest house, and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in a warm, yet lavish, environment. With a modern aesthetic, top-of-the-line minimalist furnishing and unique artwork, Villa Serena is a perfect choice for a large family or a group of friends.

GROUND FLOOR
-Fully equipped kitchen consisting of two areas: the main area equipped with all the necessary appliances and an open plan section with freezer, wine fridge and big storage space.

-2 adjacent living rooms : One living room consists of a π-shaped sofa in front of a big TV, creating a cozy vibe ideally for an afternoon book reading or an entertaining movie night.
The second living room consists of 2 sofas and a big table ideal for an evening drink or meetup.

-1 guest bathroom

-Large balcony with outdoor shaded dining and lounge areas:
This big veranda that consists of three separate seating areas, provides a panoramic view of Naousa bay. The pergola shaded dining area is the highlight, where you can enjoy a delicious brunch, evening drinks and dinners.

LOWER LEVEL
-2 fully airconditioned bedrooms that have their own en-suite bathroom, spacious closet and storage space.

INDEPENDENT GUESTHOUSE

Right above the villa there is a Guest House which also provides a stunning view and is surrounded by a fragrant garden.

The Guest house consists of:

The largest bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and safe.
The second bedroom comes with queen sized bed and a spacious closet. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and private access to the balcony and garden.
The third room comes with two twin sized beds and bathroom.

-A spacious living room that comes with a comfortable and spacious sofa, flat-screen TV and fireplace creating a relaxing atmosphere to soothe yourself at any time of the day.

-Fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room, separated by a sliding door for extra privacy.

Outside the guesthouse you can find a veranda with a long table shaded by a wooden pergola, to enjoy your meals and drinks. In front of the dining area a private jacuzzi waits for you to provide unique moments of relaxation while watching the sunset. There is also a hammock underneath an olive tree where you can take a nap, relax and feel like paradise.

OTHER OUTDOOR AREAS
-Unique infinity pool which is placed in an elevated section providing a perfect sea view while you enjoy your swim.
The pool also contains a shallow jacuzzi section, a great detail that makes it stand out.
All the common indoor and outdoor areas are equipped with Sonos high-quality built-in sound system giving the ability to create unique moments and vibes with your favorite tunes.

ADDITIONAL PERKS
While staying in this villa you have the exclusive option to live a unique experience by renting a traditional 50 ft wooden ‘caique’, which is fully equipped with all the important amenities and can comfortably accommodate all guests, for a per day hire. During this trip the captain will take you to beautiful beaches in Paros or the neighboring islands and places that can’t be reached without boat, making it an exclusive once in a lifetime experience.
You also get the chance to partake in private eco-farm tours and tastings where you can visit an organic farm and taste handmade organic products from homegrown harvests.
