Villa Vivian is a beautiful contemporary house designed by a local well-known architect and situated between the sea and the mountains, very well located near Parikia and 15 minutes of a nice walk to the beautiful beach of Parasporos. The property is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and faces a field of olive trees. The terrace with the swimming pool are the perfect situation for a mind-blowing sunset over the sea and the sailing boats in the beautiful Aegean Sea.

LAYOUT

It’s a one-storey house which offers on the ground floor a wide entrance with a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. 

The master bedroom is facing the sea and provides one direct access to the pool and one access to a private romantic patio with seating furniture and flowers all around. The ensuite bathroom has an Italian shower and all sanitary facilities.
The second room is a guest room with a private entrance and a garden view, equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with sanitary facilities, and a shower.

UPPER LEVEL
The first floor provides two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms equipped with an Italian shower. Both rooms have large terraces including a seating area with sea and mountain views.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The outside area has a huge terrace facing a Mediteranean Garden and facing the sea. It has outside furniture for seating, sunbathing, and enjoying a Greek breakfast. The swimming pool is 9,50×3,5m with a 1,70m depth and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The pool house is equipped with a summer kitchen including a BBQ, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a juice squeezer. 10 people can easily fit for lunch or dinner.
