Paroikia Town

Paroikia is the capital of Paros and its main port. As soon as you arrive you can admire its windmill which is the trademark of the port. The town is full of white houses with flowered balconies and maze-like cobbled alleys where you can wander endlessly and find local handmade souvenir shops. Along the coast there are restaurants and bars for every taste. Unlike Naousa , Paroikia is not so crowded and it’s easier to get around. If you visit Parοikia do not miss the opportunity to gaze at the idyllic sunset, especially when it is seen between the two stone rocks called “Portes”, located outside of the port.
